Arturo and michael were professional at everything they were doing when trying to retrive my RING AND I MEAN TRIED PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING to retrive my ring i felt so hopeless because other companies said it was almost impossible to recpver my ring!!!!!! That my ring had made it to city pipe lines AND IT WAS LOST but i thank god i came across tonys plumbers now after almost 6hrs and a half they were supeeeerrr patient and they were eager to still find my ring and i mean it they worked so hard to get my ring out... i can go endessly about them but i will never be done and i will forever be gratefull thank you so much for everything and i will for sure be calling them again ☺️ i highly reccomend this company make sure you Ask for arturo and michael!!! ~ Berenice 2

I have the bathroom from hell that has major issues at least once a year. Tony's got someone out to my house quickly to help solve the issue (everything was backing up into the tub/toilet). Robin came out to my house and was very professional and was able to quickly figure out the cause of the issue. It was a bigger problem than anticipated but he gave me honest feedback about what my options were and even helped find a possible solution to the bigger issue. He got everything working again, at least temporarily, and gave me a rough estimate for the bigger issue and gave me some advice when I asked regarding possible remodeling. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. He was incredibly kind and I'd be glad to work with him again, just hopefully not too soon :) ~ Ashley H

We noticed water near the water heater and given the age of the unit, knew we likely had an issue. We called on a Saturday and the on-call technician Jaime returned our call and came over that day to give us an estimate. He arrived on Saturday evening, looked at the water and recommended we replace the water heater (no surprise given age of the unit). Jaime gave us the estimate for the water heater replacement and said he could install it on Sunday (next day). Jaime did a great job of explaining the work he was going to do and installing the new unit. The installation was quick and he left the garage area around the water heater cleaner than he found it. We would highly recommend Tony’s Plumbing Service and would use them again in the future for other plumbing needs. ~ Connie D

I had a very pleasant experience with Weston. It’s not to often you meet someone who has years of experience and yet puts the interest of his customer ahead of himself. This is the first time I met him, and yet I can say with confidence: he is professional, cares for his customers first, and does not focus on a time clock while doing his work. I know I can trust him when I need a plumber, which unfortunately has not been the case lately. Also, Weston provided a full report at the end of his visit so I could submit it to my insurance company. My current company was unwilling to provide one without a fee, even though they told the Insurance Adjuster they would. That was nearly three weeks ago! Fantastic service tech, Tim, who was fast, efficient and really knew his business. Beyond that he has a great personality and fun to deal with. He is a great asset to Tony's plumbing. Beyond that he knew immediately what needed to be done to repair my loose kitchen faucet and restore the water flow. Do not hesitate to hire this first class plumbing firm. 7/11/2022 Since my first review I had Tony's Plumbing at my house two more times. Second time was with Timothy Werner again about a dripping shower sprayer that dropped black stuff all over my shower floor. A few days ago Trey came out about a severed lawn sprinkler line. Again Tony's came through with a great technician and reasonable price. I've never had bad service from this firm and never considered them over priced. Don't hesitate to call them. ~ arlene K

Cameron did a great job identifying the problem with my leaking sink and was able to repair a few other minor things. He was professional, easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Very nice and gave me a lot of information and explanation. Was really happy he wore shoe covers the entire time- that small task impressed me, bc it was raining that day and it kept my house clean through the process. I have another plumber from this company that will return to complete the job with the parts that were ordered. Hopefully things continue to go smoothly and everything gets completed and works properly when the job is done. So far I am happy with the service, prompt communication, and responses from this company. ~ Carie M

My wife and I recently moved to Escalon, California. Unfortunately, our new home had some unexpected plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. As everyone in Escalon has been so friendly and treated us so nice we decided that we should seek out a local plumbing business for help. We contacted Tony's Plumbing Service and they dispatched technician "Robin" to give us an estimate for the work. We were pleased with the estimate and authorized "Robin" to do the work. "Robin" completed the repairs in a very short time and when he was finished everything was totally cleaned up and operational. We were very pleased with "Robin's" work and he was very personable and a joy to talk to. Tony's should be very proud of "Robin" and we will certainly reach out to Tony's for resolving any plumbing issues we may have in the future. ~ Travis C

A leak emerged from our living room wall, so we called a local plumbing business. They came and determined it to be a slab leak, saying that the best fix would be an entire house re-pipe. This devastated us because of the massive cost and challenge. We needed to get a second opinion, so we called Tony's Plumbing. We connected with Grant who came, confirmed the slab leak and offered a much more reasonable solution both in scope and cost. We were scheduled as a priority and, a couple of days later, Grant came with another tech. They knocked out the work in five ours and we were back to hot running water. We are very grateful for Tony's Plumbing. They were honest and did great work! I highly recommend them. ~ Chris W

5 star review all the way! From calling in and scheduling an appointment for my leak to speaking with Jacob our plumber was top notch. The team was very transparent and informative, providing the why behind the what. I had a dilemma between going with another company that gave me a cheaper quote and going with Tony’s. Jacob gave me insight on what needed to be done and validated that the other company’s way of fixing the pipe was legitimate. However, though the other company was cheaper, they lacked communication, transparency and customer service. Trusted the positive experience from the team instead of cost and it actually saved me money! Jacob did a great job, he was punctual, knowledgeable and fixed the issue with no problem! ~ Mason (

Tony's plumbing team is awesome. I called the night before when I had a slow hot water heater leak from a very old tank. They set me up for an am appointment the next day. Nicholas Byers and one other tech showed up first thing and were very friendly and professional. They walked me through a few replacement options and said they could get it installed same day. While they were here I remembered that I also needed a water softener, so they quoted me a great price on a puronics defender system. They were also able to get this installed same day. The installation was clean, quiet, and left no mess. They answered all my questions. Very happy with the job they did and I'd call them again for any other plumbing issues. ~ Jesse R

New Year's Eve had a backed up drain issue. Call Tony's and got a human who promptly scheduled me for a plumber that day. The plumber diagnosed the problem and offered available Solutions. The work was done quickly and efficiently and for a very fair price I felt, especially for New Year's Eve. My particular plumber was Jorge. He was prompt, professional, and respectful. I appreciated how he explained everything to me in very understandable terms and made sure to answer all my questions. He had to do some extensive work and he left my property clean and neat. Highly recommend this business, specifically Jorge although I have an idea that all of Tony's plumbers are as capable and professional. ~ AJ W

From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. They were polite and professional and well informed on the phone were able to get me a same day appointment. My service tech Brock arrived in a timely manner was professional polite very informative explained everything from start to finish gave me three different options for repairs. He physically showed me parts and pieces explained what each thing was and what needed to be repaired and why and the potential damage it could cause if it isn't repaired. He did the work had the materials and got it done within 30 minutes. He offered me to quote for the remaining repairs I was glad to take it because I'll be happy to be a return customer totally recommend this company. ~ Linda C

I could not be happier with Tony's plumbing service right now. My water heater system, on the roof of my laundromat business, stopped working. I first called other commercial plumbers and boiler service companies in the area. They either said they didn't know how to work on my system, or just didn't even return my calls. Then I called Tony's. Within a couple of hours, Cameron showed up. He too said he never worked on my exact system before, but he agreed to take a look at it. Within a couple of hours, he had it back up and producing hot water again. The service charge was very fair and reasonable as well. Thanks for your quick response and expert services. ~ Fred P

Found this business online and chose it due to the reviews. I can say that I was very impressed with this company. The company was on time and responded within the time frame they provided. They also called and verified they were on their way which was nice. Cody was the employee that responded for my quote and while he was here he was able to fix my leaking drain problem in a very short time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient while working. He also provided me a quote very quickly on what needed to be done, and stuck with what he quoted which was very nice. On Labor Day evening we experienced a backyard faucet handle frozen in the on position. We shut off the water to the house and called Tony's Plumbing. Fernando answered the phone. He was very polite, explained the costs involved due to holiday and asked if we would like to wait until Tuesday for regular service hours. We asked that he come that evening. He arrived in the time frame he gave and immediately took care of the problem. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing and answered my questions as he worked. We had no hot water and I thought I try to do it myself. But the heater needed replacing. I read the positive reviews and I called Tony's and a very nice assistant told that she could have someone over in a few hours. Christopher and Arturo arrived at about 4:40 pm and on time and gave us a free estimate. I was surprised when he said he could run back to the shop and grab a professional grade heater and install it that same evening. By 8 pm I had hot water again. I normally don't write reviews, but these guys were professional, did exceptional work, and I believe I got a decent price for the work involved. My experience with Tony’s Plumbing was positive from start to finish. After my early morning call, I was told that a technician would be making a service call later today. I received a call letting me know when the technician was 10 minutes out. Upon his arrival, Taylor checked out the problem, explained what needed to be done, and wrote up an estimate of the cost for repairs. After agreeing to the repair cost, Tyler worked efficiently to repair a major leak. When his work was completed, he cleaned the area and then showed me that my bathtub faucet was now working correctly. Thank you for a job well done! During demo for our recent bathroom remodel we discovered shoddy, not to code plumbing. Tony’s Plumbing was recommended to us by our neighbor. We had a positive experience with them in every way. The office staff was polite and efficient setting up a consult right away with one of their plumbers, Cameron. Cameron was informative, courteous, and reasonable in what was needed to remedy our situation. He gave a fair and honest estimate and we were able to quickly secure a date for the work to be done. Cameron and Jorge arrived promptly to begin the work and did so skillfully throughout the day. We were very impressed by their workmanship and ability to correct the mistakes of the original builders with as little impact to our home as possible. Jordan and Joel from Tony's Plumbing came out to complete some work on my rental, which is a very old house. The crawlspace underneath the house is tight, and there are several air ducts that they needed to go around, but they did an amazing job. They installed a new copper water line beneath the house along with a shut-off valve in front. Jordan also saw that the metal drainage pipes coming from the kitchen and laundry room were corroded and leaking. They were able to replace that as well, which included opening the wall in the laundry room to install a new standpipe for the washing machine. We had an excellent experience with this plumbing team. They came out very quickly, were professional and efficient, and truly went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did they fix our plumbing issue, but they also took the time to clean up the entire side of our house, removing cans and bottles that were in the way — something they absolutely didn’t have to do, but did anyway. Their work ethic and attention to detail really stood out, and it made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. We genuinely wish we had tipped them on the spot because they deserved it. I called Tony’s Plumbing for a major plumbing repair and fully expected stress, chaos, and a lighter wallet. What I got instead was plumbing wizardry. Not only did they fix the big issue like total pros, but they also solved my water pressure problems—problems I didn’t even realize I could ask about. I turned on the faucet afterward and nearly got launched across the kitchen! The team was professional, efficient, and clearly operating on a higher plumbing plane than the rest of us. We had our water heater go out and Robin from Tony’s Plumbing was our plumber. He was knowledgeable, did NOT try to oversell me like Brand X came and did, and was detailed in his explanation of what happened and the best way to replace it. He was on time the day of install and was done in a reasonable amount of time and the job looked amazing! I’ve had some really awful plumbers, they either tried to rip me off or they did poor work but Tony’s has been my absolute best experience so far. I refuse to use anyone else at this point! Any company that will give me a tentative estimate over the phone tells you that this company is charging ALL OF US the same amount (minus incidentals) and not trying to overcharge people with less knowledge on the subject like some places do. So if you need a plumber in the 209 area code I suggest you use them! You will not regret it, and ask for Robin to be your tech! ~ Dennis C

Recently purchased a home in Modesto that came with a tankless hot water heater. It was not preforming like it should, and I assume it was never serviced by the previous owners. I had been looking for an outfit that services these to no avail and most wanted outrageous prices for a simple flush and service. Happened to run into Samuel with Tonys plumbing doing some work for a neighbor. After speaking with him, I felt the price was fair and set up an appointment. He did a great job and now it is running like it should. These guys are fair and honest. You can just tell. Will certainly be using them for all my future plumbing needs. ~ Curtis M

Our sinks, toilets, showers, and tub all backed up with water while we were doing laundry. We called Tony's Plumbing Services and they immediately dispatched a plumber. Johnny, the plumber who was sent to us, was at our house within fifteen minutes. He was a very positive person and was very knowledgeable. We couldn't find out clean-out so the toilet had to be removed. Johnny was very conscientious about cleaning up the water and any mess in the bathroom. The clog was fixed and the toilet re-installed within 45 minutes of his arrival. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their quick response and professional work! ~ Dlove13
